| The weakest link in any
construction is the glass. Wood, aluminum, steel, concrete, bricks, and mortar are all
strong. Since glass is so easy to shatter, adding a window film increases the strength. Even though
glass will still break, the shattered glass remains in the frame. Baseballs, accidents,
violent weather, and vandalism are all common causes of shattered glass. |

Film also adds security to clear glass. If your
home is on a golf course or located near public access, some films will allow you that
one-way mirror effect. During daylight hours, people outside can’t see in, but in the evening, with lights on they can. |
